I keep a list of some of the funny things that Ellasen says, and I thought I would share some of them here. These sayings range from silly to sweet, and they are happening more and more often these days! Watching her personality develop is always so fun!
To Mommy: "Mommy, I have a secret. You are pregnant with twins, and the twins are pregnant with Llamas!"
"New York is rainbow colored and lovely."
To Mommy: "How did your stomach get SO big?" (she actually asks me this regularly)
To Mommy: "I'll always be your friend even when I'm friends with other people."
"I want Ring Around the Rosie to be my wedding song."
To a waitress: "I'll take a pickle sandwich and a diet coke."
"I wish we lived in the TV." (YIKES)
When Practicing Ballet: "This is what the dances look like in my heart." (Seriously...how sweet)
At the Grocery Store: "We need beer because I drank it all." (We got a few looks)
While Playing Doctor with Mommy:
Mommy: "Ellasen, what brings you to the doctor today?"
Ellasen: " A cab."

We also wanted to do the Plaza Hotel, and since it is directly across the street from FAO Schwartz we headed that direction next. It wasn't the nicest day and my phone was dying so I didn't get as many photos as I would have liked. There is an amazing food "court" in the Plaza that includes tons of gourmet eats. We didn't eat there, but we walked around. Tons of chocolate and pastry shops and the macaroons you see in the movies. It was beautiful!

We also took some time out to visit the Central Park Zoo. This zoo is pretty small compared to many zoos we have been to, but it is the perfect size for an almost 4 year old and a mom who is 7 months pregnant with twins! The coolest thing about this zoo is that it is nestled right in the middle of the city! We got there right in time for the sea lion feeding!

In twins news I am just over 28 weeks now and feeling good. The girls are doing great! Twin A is 2 lbs 6 oz and Twin B is 2 lbs 8 oz. Both have great fluid levels and are right on track with their growth. I had my one hour glucose test last week, and since I haven't heard anything I think I passed! We are feeling really good about how things are going, and we have been getting lots of reassurance from the doctors that labor is not imminent. We finally feel like we can start to get the house ready a little. We got out the baby clothes and we have started to rearrange the room to fit a crib. We have registered (mostly just to keep a list going since second (and third :) ) babies don't usually come with a shower ) and bought a stroller. Here I am at 27 weeks!
