January is usually a pretty slow month around here. The holidays are over and we have no family birthdays to celebrate. We started this year off with SNOW in ATLANTA! The kids were so excited to have some real winter weather here that they played outside all day!

Then it was time to see some real snow! We took the girls on their very first ski trip to Beaver Creek which is in Vail, Colorado. They had an amazing time and enjoyed themselves so much! The girls can't wait to go skiing again soon.
Overall we had a very fun, very wintery month! We are excited for next month because we get to celebrate my birthday, Valentine's Day, and a trip back home to Michigan to visit family! We can't wait!
