We have had a wonderful start to fall around here! First, we got the house ready for Halloween! We had so much fun decorating this year. The kids really got into it!
We took a trip to the pumpkin patch with Nana. We even brought the puppies! The kids picked out great pumpkins to carve too.
We also took a quick trip up to Michigan for some good old fashioned midwest fall fun. We were hoping to be able to see my grandparents, but due to Covid that was impossible. We were bummed, but we made the best of the trip anyway. We went to Robinette's Apple Orchard for some warm donuts, cider and a cool corn maze!
Then we carved the pumpkins we got!
We did a spooky light show at the zoo one night. The kids loved it!
We had a pretty bad tropical storm a few days after we got back. We had several limbs down and we lost a drainage pipe.
These cuties got to dress up like farmers for a virtual field trip at school this month. They looked so cute!
We had an interesting Halloween this year. We went as doctors! I got everyone different colored scrubs and we only went to a few houses we knew were safe. We had fun dressing up! We tried to turn the golf cart into an ambulance. You have to use your imagination, but we had fun!
The puppies had a good time dressing up too! They actually both love wearing their costumes. It is super cute!
Here are a few random pictures from this month. We are so excited for next month when our big girl turns 11!
Tim and I made sure to vote in this very important election!
These cuties all made fun Halloween cookies!
Poppy got spayed this month. She was such a trooper and so cute in her neck pillow.
