I started out this month with another trip down to the beach house! We went for a friend's birthday and for the food and wine festival Rosemary Uncorked. We had so much fun celebrating our friend and eating and drinking our way through the town! We even got our colors done!
Ellasen had a horse show this month! She did very well bringing home many ribbons including several first place ribbons and two reserve champions.
Then it was time for the twins' fifth grade field trip. Tim and I both got to attend as chaperones since we had two kids going! We took charter buses to Chattanooga, TN. Our first stop was Rock City, then it was off to a riverboat down the Tennessee River followed by a trip to the Chattanooga Aquarium!
We attended a couple of UGA football games this month. The first one was an adults only crew and a night game! Tim and I got to go down on the field at halftime and be recognizedbecause we are donors to the university!
We had a great time celebrating Ellasen's 15th birthday this month! On her actual birthday we had a family dinner with the grandparents. Ellasen requested a homemade dinner and a macaroon tower cake!
Then we took a few of her friends out to the Avalon for makeovers and dinner! The girls had a great time and looked so beautiful and grown up!We had a great Thanksgiving Break with the kids at home for a week. Even though we didn't go on a trip we managed to squeeze in a ton! We saw two movies (Wicked and Moana 2), had a wonderful thanksgiving dinner at AAC, did some Christmas shopping, decorated our home for Christmas and Tim and I even got out for a date night to hear some live music.
