We had a great time at Eden and Everly's birthday celebration. We had everyone make their own mini pizzas! We had tons of toppings and sauce. Even the twins made a yummy cheese pizza to share.
The smash cakes were pretty much a bust with neither girl really even attempting to "smash" their cake! They mostly just touched it a few times and then were done. I was kind of disappointed!
***Edit***I tried some birthday cake with the girls a few days later and they loved it! I snapped a few pictures to document their first time with cake! I think it was the fact that there weren't so many people staring at them and it also wasn't bedtime!
We had matching cupcakes for everyone else!
Then it was time for gifts! The girls did a pretty good job ripping the paper and they got a bunch of really nice clothes and toys. Such fun!
We had a great time celebrating these two little ladies and the joy they have brought to us this first year of their lives. We are thankful for them every day, and we are so glad they belong to us!
